Internal threads are CNC-machined to the specified 6H tolerance class, with thread pitch and tooth profile controlled according to the approved drawing. Consistent thread engagement helps distribute tightening loads more evenly and reduce localized contact stress, supporting reliable assembly with the corresponding cone crusher components. For matched components manufactured to confirmed OEM drawings and specifications, the controlled thread fit is designed to support stable fastening during heavy-duty operation.

3. Improved Wear Resistance in Critical Working Areas

For components requiring additional surface protection, localized surface hardening can achieve a reference surface hardness of HRC 55–60, while the matrix hardness is controlled within HRC 32–38. The combination of a tougher core and harder working surface helps protect wear-prone areas while maintaining the required dimensional relationship between mating components.
