Through precision smelting, quenching and tempering heat treatment, combined with surface strengthening treatment, finished products achieve surface hardness of HRC55-60 with improved wear resistance and impact toughness. Combined with CNC precision machining and inspection control, the cone crusher head is manufactured to meet demanding crushing conditions.
