Product Introduction

Quality Control and Inspection
In addition to the manufacturing process itself, quality control inspection also includes a comprehensive check on the materials upon arrival as well as welds, dimensions (measurements to be sure), and the final product against approved drawings and technical requirements that have been set.
Certainly, material grade, material certificate, and chemical composition must be verified where necessary/only if relevant/only when appropriate/depending on the context/etc. Dimensional control, plate thickness, structural geometry, and weld quality must be inspected in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. In case of necessity/only when it is done by requirement/nontheless/otherwise, UT, Mt, or pt non-destructive testing methods can be made.
Prior to shipment, dimensions of parts, interfaces, welding, surface conditions, and packing will be checked at the final inspection stage. A complete custom order can also be offered with 100% final inspection if that is requested. According to the order specification, material, dimensional, welding and NDT test records may also be furnished.
Packing & Loading
Bulk components as well as fully manufactured machines can be made secure with structural steel frames with foams or waterproof film covering. For every model, packing sizes, and total weight can be given as information. Numbers of containers that would fit in 20GP and 40HQ depend on machinery model and machine configuration. Factory Visit & Material Testing

If possible, the customer can provide a testing sample of 20 – 50 kg. According to the agreed testing requirements, a description of the testing procedure, reports and videos are provided.
